In both summer and winter, the lake is the envy of all nature lovers. For its size, the beauty of its landscapes and the many activities accessible on the lake, Lake Memphremagog is without a doubt one of the most awarded in Quebec. With more than 100 feet on the waterfront, the access is immense and also right at your door! 2- AN OASIS OF RESOURCING. Life in 2019 is increasingly focused on performance. We have trouble taking the time to enjoy the present moment and the gifts that nature offers us before our eyes. This is exactly what we propose as an experiment. A sunset on the lake, deer coming for lunch close to you on the land, a sky without light pollution where the stars are simply spectacular are some of the magical moments that you will have the chance to live during your stay. 3- THE DESIGN OF THE COTTAGE Built for the greatest comfort, you will be charmed by its architecture and its windows which allow to always be in contact with the superb sight of the lake, whatever the room that one is. The heart of the cottage is a large kitchen island of more than 8 feet long, the place for gathering and sharing. The perfect corner for a good glass of wine with friends or family members. Also, you will not run out of space in our cottage. With two floors and three closed rooms, your guests and you can enjoy all the privacy desired to alternate moments of pleasure and relaxation. Here are 2 things to consider before renting: 1 - MAXIMUM 8 VISITORS AT ALL TIME (CHILDREN INCLUDED) For the proper operation of septic installations and water consumption, we must limit the number of visitors to 8. A penalty of $ 200.00 per additional person will apply. 2- A PATH IN LAND AND GRAVEL FOR THE LAST KILOMETRES. For the last 5 kilometres to the cottage, you will drive on dirt and gravel roads. However, as we are located in a private domain where the roads are well maintained and cleared of snow, the road is relatively good. THE KITCHEN WILL SATISFY THE CHEF IN YOU! The kitchen is fully equipped with luxury appliances, stove and gas oven, dishwasher, 2 Nestle and Tassimo coffee machines and filter coffee maker, stand mixer, vitamix, etc. In addition, you will have access to a multitude of spices and all the basic necessities to concoct a delicious menu. LARGE LIVING ROOM WITH MAGNIFICENT FIREPLACE. Cathedral ceiling, a breathtaking view and a comforting fireplace. All elements are in place to promote a pleasant moment of relaxation. GARDEN LEVEL Located on the garden level, the second floor has two bedrooms where you can enjoy natural lighting and harmonize with the “escaping” signature feeling of the cottage. 3 ZEN BEDROOMS Each bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed with quality microfibre duvets and a wonderful lake view. GREAT VERANDA WITH MOSQUITO NET. Very nice place to have a meal without insects, just to relax or to play board games. The compulsory cleaning fee includes 1 cleaning during your stay and a cleaning after your departure. Additional charge for a reservation of more than 30 days.
