Annexe self-contained accomodation.

Opened in Sept 2020, The Annexe is located in the beautiful village of Needingworth, close to St Ives and within easy reach of Cambridge. We are close to the river with scenic walks nearby. The bright and spacious Annexe includes a living room with kitchenette (with a sink, combi oven/microwave, toaster, and tea and coffee facilities), a double bedroom and a comfortable shower room. Off road parking is available at the front of the house. Continental breakfast is available at a surcharge. The Annexe is bright and comfortable, with space to relax. There is free WiFi. Toiletries and tea and coffee are provided and a continental breakfast can be provided on request at an extra charge. Guests are able to access The Annexe from a separate door at the side of the house. There is one parking space on the driveway, reserved for Annexe guests. Although attached to the main house, the Annexe does not share any facilities with the house as it has its own lounge and kitchenette in addition to the bedroom and bathroom. We are keen to ensure that guests have everything they need. As we live next door to the Annexe, we are often on hand if needed, but we do provide contact numbers should we not be around when required. In these times of Covid, we are particularly careful to limit contact to necessary interaction only keeping in mind social distancing guidelines. Needingworth Village is between Bluntisham and St Ives. The River Great Ouse is 1.3 miles from The Annexe, and there are many country trails and beautiful walks nearby. We are well served for great places to eat - the Pike and Eel and Ferry Boat Inn are both on the river, and The Queen's Head is just across the road. For other restaurants, St Ives is a short drive away.
