Located 9kms from the Village of Nottingham Road and alongside the new Spring Grove dam outside Rosetta - this cottage is ideal for a small family or couple. The cottage shares the property with a main house . The property is securely fenced to keep animals in. There is a smart tv and a house alarm. Quaint, quiet and the perfect place to unwind! Downstairs has an open plan kitchen and lounge which open onto a veranda which has lovely views overlooking the dam and Giant . There is a bathroom which has a toilet, bath and shower. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms , one with a queen size bed and the guest bedroom has a double bed. The property is accessed via 2 remoted controlled gates and is fully fenced. There is a 2nd house on the property which sleeps up to 8 (Midlands Home with Gigantic Views) but both houses enjoy their own privacy A staff member lives on-site and available to assist you with any problems you may encounter during your stay. Although the main house is close by, the homes enjoy their own privacy Rosetta is ideally located on the Midlands Meander route. Its is 9kms from the village of Nottingham Road. The dam infront of the house is not for public access. Fishing is therefore not permitted. Use thereof is entirely at your own risk.
