Chichester - Goodwood – South Downs – New Forest - Beaches - Walks/Trails Finders Nook, in the village of Eastergate is quite central in terms of its proximity to major venues and sites for entertainment, sport and historical interest. The beaches at Pagham, Selsey, Felpham and Middleton, are a short drive away, whilst slightly further west you will find the popular West and East Wittering beaches. In addition, there are countless country walks and cycling trails almost on your doorstep. Finders Nook is a recently built detached coach house in its own grounds and which consists of a single self-contained apartment situated above three garages. The modern apartment offers convenient open plan living with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A west facing garden and a patio and a single parking space on the east side of the house with an additional parking space in front of the middle garage complete the setting. Enter Finders Nook's two bedroom apartment and ascend the stairs to the landing, from which all rooms are accessed. At the top of the stairway, immediately on its right, is a large well appointed master bedroom with a king-size bed, a wardrobe, bedside chest of drawers and an inviting en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is located immediately to the left of the top of the staircase. This nicely proportioned bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside chests of drawers. The delightfully cosy bathroom is just a few steps away along the landing, from the second bedroom. Washing and bathing facilities include a bath and a full shower unit over it. The open-plan living space is at the far end of the landing, providing ample accommodation in the form of a fully equipped spacious kitchen and a good sized, comfortable lounging space in which to relax and feel at home. Working from home? We have suitable space for two people to either work together or separately as if working from home, supported by a WiFi network capable of providing enough bandwidth for video conferencing over MS Teams or Zoom, for example. Be it a weekend away or a long-term stay, you will be most welcome. Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Generally we can be available to provide, help or assistance with using the facilities, appliances and equipment in the apartment. Easy access to London, Brighton, Chichester, Goodwood, Fontwell, Portsmouth, Southampton, Isle of Wight and Bournemouth to name but a few; each have their own iconic, towering landmarks or unique features, such as the London Eye, Brighton's i360 and Portsmouth's Spinnaker Tower and of course the great expanse of the New Forest. Glorious Goodwood, Goodwood’s Festival of Speed and the Goodwood Revival are all on your doorstep, as is Fontwell Racecourse and all of which nestle amongst the landscape of the South Downs. So, there is something for everyone including miles of walks and cycle paths through acres of countryside, glorious stretches of magnificent coastline and beaches and a multiplicity of places of interest, entertainment and available experiences. A travel cot is available but guests will need to bring their own infant bedding if bringing a baby. A high-chair is available for infants. There is also a child safety gate that cam be fitted at the request of guests.
