It is walking distance to downtown Augusta's vibrant art scene, with tons of unique restaurants and bars. There are 6 units in the building, all available through airbnb. Each unit has a full kitchen and private bath. There is a stove, coffee maker, microwave and full size fridge. We also provide coffee, bottled water, and a few light snacks. This unit is on the second floor in the front of the building. There is a 65" television, with Netflix,Amazon Prime and local channels. The house is approximately 4.5 miles to the Augusta National Golf Course, home of the Masters. Also conveniently located for regatta events on the Savannah River, Iron man, St. Patty's Day and Arts in the Heart. Georgia's new multi million dollar Cyber Security Center is also only a few blocks away. This unit has the only access to a huge balcony porch that overlooks Greene Street. You'll have the full unit to yourself. One bedroom with a queen size bed. A large living room with a couch that easily converts to a queen size bed. A full bathroom and a full kitchen. We have an easy, 24 hour check in process for late arrivals. I will send a message with instructions to access the keys once the unit is booked. There are so many amazing restaurants within a 2 block radius. My favorite is the historic Whistle Stop cafe just 3 blocks up the street. The Newton House is 4 short blocks from The Savannah River. We are only 2 blocks from the Augusta Commons park. Private, off street parking is located behind the building. There is absolutely NO SMOKING inside. Feel free to have coffee on the large front porch.
