The Stables. Farm cottage in open countryside

The Stables is a pretty farm cottage in a courtyard setting with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, and a large garden with pond and seating area. There are two bedrooms - a double and a twin and a shared bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs is a comfortable sitting room with dining area, a kitchen with fridge, dishwasher,microwave/oven and twin hob and a separate cloakroom. High speed fibre Wifi (80mb+) is exclusively available to guests. There is off road parking for one car to the front of the cottage. Additional off-road parking is available outside the courtyard. There is a large garden to the rear. Guests have private access to the cottage and garden. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children, infants and pets. Hi, I'm Bridget and I live in the farmhouse next door to the cottage, so am on hand to provide any help or guidance, and can be flexible regarding check-in times. Bridget's place is located in Sheepy Magna, Leicestershire. The village is a 10 minute walk from the cottage, but here you will find a friendly village pub and San Giovanni's restaurant. There are plenty of local places of interest including Twycross Zoo, Bosworth Battlefield and Visitor Centre, Bosworth Marina, Shackerstone Steam Railway and Bosworth Water Park. Slightly further afield are Drayton Manor Park, Tamworth Castle and Richard III Visitor Centre. A car is essential to travel around locally. There is a footpath accessible from the rear garden, providing a walk through open countryside to Twycross.
