This first floor room shares a bathroom with one other bedroom (not always booked). In lovely village with local shop, pub and church. Ideal for walking, mountain biking direct from the door, and star gazing. 5 miles SW of Newport, and short distance from unspoilt beaches. Light breakfast, tea, coffee, cereal and toast included. Not suitable for visitors relying on public transport as very limited bus service with poor connections to the rest of the Isle of Wight The house is located in a beautiful village 5 miles SW of Newport, and close to unspoilt beaches. Ideal for walking and cycling direct from the door, and star gazing at night. There is a pub and small shop in the village. The room and bathroom are upstairs, with host accommodation downstairs. There is guest access to family shower room downstairs. Guests also have access to kitchen, large consservatory, patio and garden I am happy to share my knowledge of the Island. There are maps and guide books available. There is limited public transport. Please check Southern Vectis for further information. There are two steps to access front and back of property. Dry and secure storage available for mountain bikes.
