A refurnished luxury farmhouse (Villa) in South East Hungary, approx. 20 minutes drive from Lake Balaton. Sleeps 6 people plus a baby. "Ház Kilátással" ("House with the View" ) is a very comfortable and beautifully situated villa. It's located in a typical Hungarian village, in Somogygeszti, a great area for walking and horseback riding. Modern comfort with traditional Hungarian details. Spectacular views and large high open livingroom and kitchen. Dishwasher, washingmachine, WiFi, bbq and lots more to offer. Private villa, 3 bedrooms. Large private garden. Beautiful views over wine fields and farm land. Large open livingroom and kitchen. Dishwasher, washingmachine, bbq, wifi and lots more! There is also a small swimming pool available for children. Our caretakers, Tibor & Judit live nearby in the street and will welcome you when you arrive. Also there is a guest manual in the house. If you have any questions or problems they will be there for you. They have been taking care of the villa for 12 years already! Don't hesitate to contact us for any questions. Very cute, calm and rural Hungarian village about 30 min. drive from Lake Balaton. Nearby there is a stable where you can do horseriding. However it's necessary to make an appointment in advance. It's a great are for hiking, biking and just relaxing. There are great lakes in the surrounding, like Balaton and Deseda. You can even try angling. The closest city is Kaposvár. In the village there's a small shop where you can buy some food, etc. If you come by plane the best way is to rent a car. If you are using GPS to locate the house we kindly ask to remove dirt roads from the search criterias. You can also come by bus with a connection from Kaposvár. In the vincinity there are two spas places. There is one in Kaposvár (about 25 min. by car) and it's called Virágfürdő. You find lots of pools, slides, etc. The other one is the thermal bath of Igal. It's only 20 min drive by car. There is a thermal pool and also with fresh water. There are restaurants, shops and wellness possibilities. It's suitable for families too because there are slides and playgrounds.
