San Lameer: Luxury 4 bed villa - golf/beach estate

A fully serviced 4 en-suite bedroom luxury villa with private pool and 2 large patios in a secluded cul-de-sac in a magnificent, safe housing estate. Use of two 4-seater golf carts included. Estate amenities include an 18 hole golf course, mashey course, lagoon with canoes & paddle boats, small fishing dam and direct, controlled access to a Blue flag swimming beach. The Estate also has an hotel with restaurants, Camelot spa, gym, public pools, library, convenience store and clothing shop. This is a spacious private villa in an idyllic, secluded setting with double garage, 2 golf carts and plenty of parking space. There is a large upstairs open patio with gas braai and downstairs covered patio next to the private pool leading off the games room (which has a pool table) . There is a TV in each lounge, with separate DSTV decoders and 3rd TV in the main bedroom. You will have access to the whole house, double garage and private pool. There are also other public pools on the estate next to the Hotel. However, I have a local person Mike to help you out during your stay. We also have a full time domestic called Patience who is friendly and helpful. San Lameer has a little shop where you can get basic foodstuffs and other necessities. There are many beautiful golf courses within a half hour drive of the estate, including the Wild Coast Sun and Casino. The Netcare Margate hospital is near the Margate airport 15 minutes away by road. Daily bus shuttles carrying up to 21 passengers available between San Lameer and King Shaka airport using "Margate Mini Coach" or "Southern Shuttles". CemAir has flights to Margate airport from key SA airports around the country. (Margate is 15 minutes from San Lameer by road) Please do not feed the animals, especially monkeys. Close all windows and doors when you leave the villa and even be careful while you are there. Monkeys will dash in and run off with any kind of food!
