Jurmalas Priedes (Studio with sauna and billiards)

Holiday house Jurmalas Priedes (Seaside Pines) is located in pine forest 150 m from sandy beach. My family (we live in another house on the same plot of land) warmly welcomes you all year round. The house consists of two separate parts, each of them can be rented separately in low season. We provide all the necessary amenities, and you can always reach us if necessary. Free parking and free Wi-Fi internet also are provided. Almost private white sandy beach is just across the dune! Studio with sauna and billiards (50 m2) is located on ground floor. There are sleeping arrangements for 3 adults - queen bed (160x200 cm) and convertible sofa (125x90 cm). For infants and small children (up to 3 years) we can provide baby cot free of charge. If necessary, an additional folding bed for older child can be added. Wood heated sauna and billiards are at your disposal. Heating in entire house is provided by heated floors. You can use the terrace in the front of the building (with outside dining area during the summer) as well as kid's playground and all common areas of the garden. We also provide BBQ facilities. As we live in the next house, we are always available in person, by phone or e-mail. We speak Latvian, English and Russian. We will help you with any advice on how to get around. Final cleaning is included in the price. For stays longer than 8 nights we will provide weekly bed linen change. Towels are changed twice weekly for stays longer than 4 nights (or we simply leave extra towels, so, you can change when you need them). For 4-6 nights stays off-season (September - May), get a 10% discount (I will manually adjust the price upon request). For longer stays, inquire for a special price!
