Welcome to the idyllic Lyseren Strandpark, known from Norwegian reality TV show "Sommerhytta" just 40 minutes from Oslo. New cottage with 3 bedrooms, 70m2 terrace with idyllic views and a large garden. Located about 30 meters from the water. Lyseren is a large beautiful lake suited for boat, canoe, kayak, swimming and fishing. In winter, the lake is used for ice skating and skiing. A town center about 4 km away with shops, cafes, fitness center etc. The cabin is 70m2 + a loft of about 30m2. We rent out our brand new cottage with three spacious bedrooms, large open plan living room / kitchen, terrace of over 70m2 with idyllic views and very good sun conditions, as well as a large garden with raised lawn. This is the perfect place to retire and enjoy, whether you are a family, friends, a couple or a group looking for nice surroundings. There are several bathing places in the immediate vicinity of the cabin, as well as a football pitch and beach volleyball. The cottage is located with a good view about 30 meters from the water. Lyseren is a large and beautiful lake that is well suited for boat, canoe, kayak, swimming and fishing. In winter, the lake can be used for skating and skiing. The location provides many opportunities for exploring nature and is well-suited for cycling, hiking, mushroom picking, golfing, skiing, etc. Enebakk town center is about 4 km away with several shops, cafes, fitness center, liquor store and more. The cabin is newly built in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and accommodates 70m2 + a large loft at about 30m2. Everything is new, from whites to decor, bathrooms and outdoor areas. A heat pump / air conditioner is installed which effectively heats or cools the cabin as needed. TV, internet, board games and bluetooth connection audio system are available. If you have children there is good equipment available. The bus from Oslo takes 45 minutes and the stop is 3km away from the cabin. The shops, cafes etc are five minutes away by car. Lyseren is a big lake well suited for boating, fishing and kayaking.
