Seaside Suite next to the beach near Monemvassia

PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING Lovely guest suite in a summer house located in a olive grove with a beach. Guests have a private entrance and access to a terrasse in front of the room. It is suitable either for a couple (with or without kids) or two couples (one large room and a smaller one). Breakfast can be served upon request and will have access to the common kitchen and common dining space. The road do the house is a dirt road. The house is completely secluded in an organic olive grove, 5KM for Elia, little fisherman village. The suite has been entirely renovated with ecological materials. You will be able to enjoy the sunset from your terrace. If you wish, you can order breakfast in your room or on the terrasse for 10euros per person. This suite is idea for anyone wishing to be off the beaten track and spend unforgettable holidays near the sea. This house is for nature lovers (we coexist with insects and small mediterranean animals). The house is perfectly located 50m from the beach. We are 20 min drive from Plytra and its ancien underwater city (perfect for snorkeling) and perfect little tavernas. At 30-40 min you have Monemvassia, beautiful medieval town with incredible architecture, stone houses, small stores and incredible views. IMPORTANT NOTE : A dirtroad leads to the house. We do our best to make it accessible for all cars but it might be a little challenging for very low ones. Its 300m you can either walk the last bit or we can come get you. Internet is with a 3G key, do not expect high speed Internet. Guest will have access to the common kitchen and dining and living spaces as well as the terrace. There are three of them so there is no need for interaction if the guests need their privacy. If they want to socialize we will be happy to share a bottle of wine, show them around the area and give some useful tips. We have a 3G internet key for guests. NO WIRELESS. I will be available at any time to help out the guest and give tips should they choose to!! We also organize tours, upon request ONLY and according to availability, of regional culinary specialties and cultural and natural sights. Do not hesitate to ask for the fees and options ! The house is three and a half hour drive from Athens. We are 45 minutes from Sparta, in the middle of and old olive grove, surround by mount Kourkoula and the sea. We are located 5km from two villages, Glykovrissi on the one hand and Elia on the other. Grocery stores, butchers, bakery's and anything you need can be found in both villages. I will provide a complete list of activities and interesting areas to visit upon arrival. There is a parking space on the land for many cars. NOTE : The house is located off the main road (500m) at the end of a little rough "dirt road". Some parts of the road might be difficult for low cars or small cars! There is no AC, whe have fans in every room. This house is for nature lovers, we try to leave it alone, hence the bushes, the steep road and as we are in the middle of nowhere the Mediterranean bugs are in their "home" here, we do our best to coexist.
