A quiet double room with a 4ft double bed in a Victorian terrace house in Netley .The shower room and toilet downstairs are exclusive to guests during their stay . Next door to the Prince Consort pub for drinks, and evening meals.Tea and coffee making facilities in the room . WiFi .Simple breakfast of toast and cereal provided . 200 m Southampton water and Victoria country park for walks.Free parking on road outside or in free car parks nearby. Well behaved dogs welcome. On Solent way . Our house is in Netley Abbey which is convenient for Southampton and Hamble and Warsash. Excellent sailing area.Within walking distance are a coop, Chinese take away, Indian take away and pub. It also has easy access to Victoria Country park for dog walks and Hamble is 2 miles away .Convenient also for central Southampton. On long distance path Solent way and also national cycle route 2. Comfortable bedroom with 4 ft double bed .Sole use of the downstairs shower room. Tea and coffee making facilities will be in the room. Simple breakfast of toast and cereal left for you to help yourself and sit and enjoy in our conservatory. Access is via the Front door and is shared with myself Dan and our very friendly dog Woody. We will meet you, give you keys and leave you be. We will be there to assist or sort any problems out. Netley is a small village on the outskirts of Southampton. It has a coop, bakery, dry cleaners , Indian restaurant and takeaway and a Chinese takeaway .There are nice walks in Victoria country park and sailing close by at Weston and Netley sailing club and Hamble. Excellent location for visiting Isle of Wight; South Downs and new forest . There is a train station in netley with regular connections to Southampton, Portsmouth and London We also have regular buses the no6 connects Southampton to Netley and Hamble so transport and connections are easy. We about 10 minutes from the M27 Parking is on the road or in free car parks in the village.
