Single bedroom , 2 min walk from Uni, free wifi. Single ground floor bedroom, literally 2 mins walks from Loughborough University. Buses from university that go to town and train station. Convenience store, pharmacy, cafe and Chinese takeaway all a few mins walking distance . wifi, washing machine and dryer are all included. Kitchen is available for use whenever you like, but the room does have a mini fridge, kettle and microwave for your convenience. Feel free to ask any questions you have. In addition to what's seen in this photo you have your own mini fridge freezer microwave oven wardrobe With hangers shelves and drawers Towels clean bedding blanket and only a couple of steps to semi ensuite bathroom you may use washing machine and dryer if you are having longer stay than 3days We don't mind socializing but with the current covid situation we would rather be safe than sorry for both us and our guests, which I'm sure our guests will respect and understand this, but we're sure they'll enjoy their own space to relax and make use of everything provided for them in their own space including a kettle, toasty maker microwave oven with grill and mini fridge freezer. Also washing up liquid to wash up with. our neighbourhood is quiet with lovely neighbours and we also have lovelywalks close by in the Woodlands and countryside, just round the corner we have a local convenience store pharmacy coffee shop takeaway, and hair salon getting around here is easy there are sprinter buses from uni to town train station ect. or you may want to take a local neighbourhood buses or you may want to bike it or maybe just want have a relaxing walk in the nearby woods and countryside We would urge them let us know if anythings wrong or they need help with anything we,d be happy to help if possible and welcome to answer any questions
