Harvey’s Place quiet & relaxing near West Lexham

Harvey's place is a beautifully converted barn annex with vaulted ceilings in a quiet location.Its 3mins by car or 15mins walk to the village of West Lexham with lovely (Website hidden by Airbnb) sleeps 5 adults comfortably,Litcham village is 3 miles away with fully stocked shop/post office,butchers and pub.The Barn has walking from the doorstep in both directions, plus a great base for exploring the North Norfolk Coast.Market town Swaffham 6miles away has boutique shops,restaurants,cafes, pubs and supermarkets. One king size bed & full-size adult bunk beds with double on the bottom and single on top, One bathroom with shower only, toilet and sink .The kitchen has oven/grill ,dishwasher,washing machine,microwave, Iron , vacuum cleaner, central heating throughout, TV/dvd player, there is also a TV in the main bedroom and a TV/dvd in the second bedroom. A lawned garden with a seating area for 5 which is now fenced in and also your more than welcome to sit in our front garden and enjoy a glass wine in the sun, but just let us know in case our dog is in the front garden playing around. Me and my family live just next door,and are available with any questions or help you may need as much or as little as you wish. .Harveys Place is not in the small Hamlet of West Lexham but at the top of the hill with views across the countryside, it’s a 15/20 mins walk to the village where there is a very pretty small Church. Litcham village is to the left of us 3miles away with Pub, Shop/ Post Office and they cook fresh bread etc on site to and sell out quickly. The historical village of Castle Acre is just 3 miles away with a priory, Castle ruin’s and a river that runs beside it, There is a Pub and Cafe plus a very well stocked shop providing from the local Butchers and Bakery in Swaffham. We are 30 mins to the coast for Wells-next-Sea, Blakeney, Hunstanton and Upmarket town Holt, and also the wonderful Royal Sandringham Estate we also have Holkham Hall & Houghton Hall-and Oxburgh Hall all within 25mins. The city of Norwich is 35 mins away and the large town of King’s Lynn is 20mins away all great for shopping & history, a little closer to home is East Lexham Hall which has garden open days snowdrops and bluebells walks throughout the year. This is also a great base for cyclists to explore the area. Nearest train station is King’s Lynn, but to get around you need a car also great for cyclists. We have our own biological septic tank,so please do not flush anything other than toilet roll or tissue down the toilet also no meat juices,fats and oils down the sink because it will upset the biological system.We will supply any cleaning products dishwasher tablets etc for your convenience. Also their will be a welcome pack for you to enjoy after a long journey, (bread,butter,jam,marmalade,milk,tea,coffee,sugar and biscuits. We also have a No Smoking policy/Vapour in the Barn ,Outdoors is fine.
