Beautiful Twin Room in Historic Home I-81, VT & RU

This listing is for a twin room on the top floor and a shared kitchenette and bathroom if any other guests are staying at the time. If no other guests are staying, the kitchenette and bathroom are all yours. This twin room is available either as a single room rental, part of the entire floor that will sleep 6, or the entire floor and a downstairs bedroom to accommodate 8. The room features a 50" Roku TV, a/c, heat, comfortable linens and a beautiful setting. I am located near many different establishments, universities, and activities in the New River Valley. Many guests comment on the accommodations, gardens, and serene location. Check out my reviews! You can opt for self check-in or I can say " (Website hidden by Airbnb) is entirely up to you. Whether you rent the entire upper floor or just one bedroom, you will have access to the kitchenette. There you will find a refrigerator/freezer with ice, microwave, an Instant Pot, toaster, a Keurig coffee maker with assorted hot beverages, an electric kettle, a 2 burner hot plate with pots and pans, a sink, plates, cups, silverware, a large rectangular table, a kitchen island, and 7 chairs. There is a bookcase in the kitchenette containing many books of local interest and Virginia history. A few games and puzzles are also available. I intend to make my grandmother proud by offering genuine Southern hospitality to all of my guests. If you want to know about the house or the area, I will gladly impart anything I know. Alternatively, if you just want peace and quiet, you can let yourself in and never see me once! It is quiet here. My house is located about 10 miles outside of Christiansburg in the country. We were once a dairy farm, then we switched to beef cattle, and then we had a pick-your-own Blackberry farm for many years. Now I'm just renting rooms, growing flowers, and enjoying country life. If I had a mission statement it would be: "Come to the country and relax or just get off of Interstate 81 for a peaceful night's rest..." You will come here by automobile. There are no buses, trains, cabs, etc. near me. I have had some people order Ubers, but they take awhile to get here. No smoking or vaping anywhere on my property. No, nada, nein. All pets much be cleared with me BEFORE booking.
