Beautiful One bedroomed Gite in Percy, Normandy

The middle Gite can be booked as a 6 sleeper in three bedrooms or as a 2 sleeper in one bedroom, due to the layout. The property is on a complex which has another Gite to let (also three bedroomed) which can give a 6 bedroomed 12 sleeper Gite. We live onsite too. The property is within walking distance of Percy, a traditional french town with many amenities. D day beaches, Mont St Michel, Bayeux, Granville, Avranches, theme parks, aquariums etc are all within an hour away. Close to ferry ports We live onsite and offer a friendly welcome and we happy to sit and chat with our guests to offer advice on the local are? My husband is a WW2 buff and will sit chatting for a long time to anyone willing! We live on the outskirts of Percy, in a quiet residential lane. It's around a 15 min stroll into the town where you will find many amenities. The Intermarche supermarket is very close by, just a few minutes drive or 10 min walk. A car is essential, we have plenty of off road parking to the side of the Gites. We are ideally located near the D999 and A84 giving you quick access to the main routes through La Manche The Gite does not have central heating however there is a wood burner in the living room which helps heat the property. We provide the wood, matches and firelighters.
