Cosy Cottage & Log burner + parking, South Creake

Traditional Flint cosy cottage in an idyllic village setting with pub, stream, ducks and vegetable shed! In January and February 2022 I am asking guests to look after two adorable bunnies that live in the enclosed garden. Feed once daily but cuddle them anytime! Plenty of off-road parking. Wifi. South Creake is ideally placed for attractions in North Norfolk - vast unspoilt beaches, delicious local food and drink, glorious stately homes or parade in uber posh Georgian Burnham Market! Charming Flint cottage, built 1790 but refurbished to high standard. 2 bedroom -2 double (1 ensuite). Downstairs bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen and cosy lounge TV and WiFi. Outside private garden with table and chairs for al fresco dining in warm weather. The cottage comfortably fits 4. Lovely wood burner for chilly winter months. Plenty of off road parking. Shared driveway with plenty of parking- large gravelled area available There is a narrow front doorway so wheelchair uses may struggle I can be contacted easily by email / mobile (phone number hidden) (email hidden) I will not be around but I have the most delightful local couple, Heather & Chris who look after cottage as if it were their own. The village itself is charming. It has a village green, stream and ducks all 2 minutes from the cottage. Local pub with garden area and a safe play ground for children. Seasonal Vegetables sold from a house with allotment produce. Short drive to the fashionable Burnham Market with delis, bakeries and clothes shops. Huge expanse of beautiful wild Norfolk coast line 7 miles away, bird watchers paradise with sea and inland marshes. Links Golf courses at Sheringham and Hunstanton. Lots of gorgeous pubs and restaurants selling fresh local food, Fabulous! Buses run through the village but sparse service during winter months. Local taxis Best to have a car. Plenty off road parking at the cottage How to obtain Keys 'Key Safe' is mounted at eye level on a wooden structure to the left of the front door. Enter the code combination, depress the button and this will reveal the key. Please replace the key in the safe on departure by entering key combination. Heating - controlled from the electronic panel. Wood burner in the lounge with a supply of logs and kindling. I only provide hand towels and tea towels PLEASE NOTE = there is a 3rd bedroom but this has my own personal things in so please do not enter. Thank you.
