The river and the nature reserve "Krumme Steyrling" can also be reached on foot and offers fantastic bathing areas in summer! The single-family house offers a spacious and modern apartment with a small balcony on the upper floor, for complete, exclusive use! On the ground floor, the house offers the entrance area, a guest toilet and a guard kitchen for use. If you sit on the balcony, you can literally inhale nature. There is something for everybody! For nature lovers and those looking for relaxation, the accommodation and the immediate surroundings offer everything you need for it. Even a hiking trail starts right from the house. Directly behind the house is a natural mixed forest with large trees. For people who are looking for a quiet place to do their work, the accommodation offers fast WiFi and good cell phone reception! The guests enter the accommodation via the normal entrance. Afterwards, the guests are asked to use the wooden stairs without street shoes to get to the upper living area. All areas are available to guests on the upper floor. In the entrance area there is also a guest toilet and a guard kitchen that can be used. Cats: There are 2 house cats that like to eat some wet food in the evening. The food is provided by the landlord in the laundry room. It can also be that the cats come into the house to get their cuddles. Please just let me know if you have a cat allergy - then we will come up with something. Bees: As the landlord is a beekeeper, there is a large apiary with beehives near the property. The direction of flight is away from the accommodation and usually hardly affects the guests. Salesroom: A farm shop in the cellar is open every Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. However, the shop has its own entrance and does not affect tenants. It can only be for a short time that a customer blocks the entrance. Radiator: There is no modern air conditioning in the house and the tenants have to regulate the radiators in the rooms accordingly. Of course, central heating with logs or pellets is used for heating. In the laundry room there is also the possibility to dry wet clothes or ski boots. Washing machine: The property even has 2 washing machines and an ironing facility! Emergency generator: Furthermore, the accommodation even has a modern emergency power generator that is ready for use in an emergency. Dog house: In principle, dogs are very welcome! However, the landlord asks not to take large dogs upstairs into the living areas, as there are wooden floors everywhere. It is possible to leave the dogs either on the terrace or in the entrance area. Basically, the landlord asks for consultation if dogs are taken.
