Located on a farm neighbouring horses, goats and cows you can enjoy countryside and ocean view in this private house for 2-4 people with the possibility to host another 2 guests. Upon request you can also access a rowing boat, a small sailing boat, a 2 seated kayak and bikes to explore the amazing surroundings by sea or land. A stunning nature reserve is located at the premises and the hiking possibilities are amazing. Picking Porcini mushrooms in August is a must for any risotto lover. And almost forgot, why not make a evening bbq in the small hut after a long day of exploring? Endless possibilities at your convenience. Private garden with terrass and dining arrangement, private parking. Shared beach and jetty with sun bathing arrangement, barbecue hut and the neighbouring nature reserve. Residents on the farm like to keep their garden and closest area private, but are more than happy to help with any questions on best places to explore when encountered in the shared spaces. The house is located on a farm at the end of a road neighbouring the Baltic sea and a big nature reserve. The closest supermarket is located ca 6 km from the house and can be reached by car or bike (walking is an option but fairly long). There is also access to a buss after 3 km. Nyköping town is located ca 8-9 km away with all convenient stores, historic scenery and the pittoresque harbour. Stockholm Skavsta Airport is the main hub for international arrivals located only 20 min from the premises (by car). The main road E4 passing Nyköping is the fastest access by car. At the south exit you follow road 53 towards Oxelösund. Take off at exit Björshult towards Arnö and follow the road until it ends at a big ridning facility under construction. There you take right and the first left. You are now on the last 3 km driving through a forest. Follow the road until you have 3 post boxes on your left. There you turn right and keep the forrest to your right. When the road split, keep left. Follow the road until you pass the entrance to a farm (you drive through a red gatepost). Follow the road to the left and continue down to the water side. You can park below the hedge surrounding the house. If you arrive by buss let us know and we can go through your plans in detail. Follow the life on the farm on (Hidden by Airbnb) . The farm is located only 10 min from Nyköping town (by car). It takes only 20 min to Stockholm Skavsta Airport and ca 1h 10 min to Stockholm. You can also reach the premises by buss from Skavsta Airport or Nyköping city with a beautiful 3 km walk through forests and country side. If you plan to come without access to a car, let us know and we make sure to arrange the arrival with you.
