The apartment has two rooms, the bedroom and the living room with kitchenette, but there is also a nice terrace furnished with table, chairs, parasol and hammock. It is located a few steps from the sea and the village of Acitrezza It is in a quiet residence with lots of green space around it. It is the ideal space for a couple but can accommodate another person in the sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is very bright and colorful, furnished with simplicity but welcoming and equipped with essential services. In the double bedroom there is a ceiling fan and also has a balcony overlooking a small terrace which leads to the common area of ​​the residence. The living area, where there is a sofa and a kitchenette, overlooks the largest terrace, where you can see a beautiful green hill with the typical Mediterranean vegetation and the sea of ​​Acitrezza. The bathroom has all the bathroom fixtures, a very large shower, a top-loading washing machine and a window. Thanks to its location and large windows the apartment is always well ventilated, in any case there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a column fan in the living room. Its location is strategic for those who want to explore the east coast of Sicily, away from the chaos of Catania and the noise of the village of Acitrezza, the latter still reachable on foot in a few minutes. Parking in the street below the house and even inside the residence is free, but normally inside the village of Acitrezza, of Acicastello, as well as in Catania, the car park is subject to charges I have furnished this small house with the colors of summer because it was the perfect home for those who love simplicity and looking for a cheap but nice place to spend the holidays. The apartment has two entrances. You access the main entrance from the street where you can easily find free parking, a short flight of stairs will take you to the terrace. the second entrance allows you to park the car inside an automatic gate, you enter the apartment from the bedroom. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the village of Aci Trezza, from which an urban bus leaves every hour (number 534) to Catania center. An open top tourist bus leaves from Aci Trezza for a tour of the city of Catania. However, I recommend having a private car to visit the whole eastern coast of Sicily.
