This property is ideal for a couple, the individual business person, rambler, golfer or wedding guests visiting the area and wishing to maintain privacy with the benefits of luxurious home comforts. Entering into the cosy living room with dining area, this Suffolk country cottage is thoughtfully laid out for two guests. The Accommodation LIVING ROOM: The living room has comfortable seating and a flat screen television, blu-ray player and freeview channels. There is a dining area, perfect for two. BEDROOM: Upstairs, the double bedroom is comfortable and stylish. A wardrobe provides plenty of hanging storage and there is a dressing table with large mirror. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a bath with shower over the top, W.C. and hand basin. OUTSIDE: Enjoy the outside furniture with the freedom of the lawns and adjoining paddocks, barbecue facilities are available in these areas for outdoor entertaining. There is plenty of parking in the central yard. All prices include bed linen, towels, and electricity. The property is equipped with oil fired central heating throughout, Wifi, ipod docking station, 26inch flat-screen TV, freesat, DAB radio, fridge with freezer compartment, and microwave. A travel cot and high chair are available on request at the time of booking. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer are available along with ironing facilities. There is also a rustic games room for use of guests, including air-hockey table, table tennis table, pool table and dartboard. There is a welcome pack inside each cottage with general information about the cottage, recommended places to visit and useful numbers. i allow guests to do their own thing however as I live within the grounds I am available if needed or you can contact me on my mobile. The cottages are set in a quiet, tranquil location with views over adjoining paddocks and fields. Although we are in a quiet location we are based centrally making us very accessible to explore Suffolk. We are only a 5 minute drive from Needham Market and 10 minutes from Stowmarket. You will find a train station and bus stops at both of these villages. parking throughout Needham Market is free. Alternatively there are plenty of taxi firms that will collect and drop you off. As the cottage is in a rural location we recommend your own transport. Harness Cottage is perfect for couples to get away and relax or how about hosting family gatherings by booking all four cottages.
