The church

This is an old chapel which was part of Leicester’s main Victorian mental asylum ,it dates back to 1837 and has a lot of history and occasionally there ghost walks within the grounds. The chapel has now been converted to a home and it’s stunning interior and amenities will make your stay an enjoyable one. I do live at this property when it isn’t let & is my main home. Communal areas outside the property are in need of refurbishment which has commenced & ongoing but will not disrupt your stay. An ornate chapel with stain glass windows 3000 sq ft very large space with home cinema room and pool table and high ceilings with a 3 meter dining table. Neighbours are noise aware and management are on site most of the time,any partys will be shutdown with no refund as is air bnb policy. All space within property are useable Always on call 10 minutes from Leicester city Center Uber or public transport The house must be returned in relatively the same level of cleanliness and any need for excessive cleaning will incur a £75 cleaning fee which will be charged if needed. Under no circumstances are partys allowed, this is also a policy of air bnb and my neighbours are noise aware resulting in building management being called.
