Modern self- contained double en-suite room

Ideally situated for Leeds Bradford Airport, beautiful Yorkshire Dales or for accessing the cities of Leeds & Bradford & local amenities. Accommodates a single person or couple in a new annexe, with separate access,en-suite and seating in front garden. The bright, fresh bedroom contains a small double bed, comfy chair, wall mounted T.V., fridge, kettle & toaster. In room light breakfast -bread, fresh milk, cereals, fruit, teas & coffee. Large walk in shower, towels/toiletries/hairdryer. Car parking space is off road on our drive. There is a small step up to the front door and regrettably no wheelchair access. You will have your own key during your stay. We have a small dog and 2 cats, we also have visiting grandchildren, so to keep them all out of the annexe the adjoining door is locked most of the time- to respect your privacy and ours!! We will be putting a small patio table and chairs out in summer so on nice days you can sit outside to enjoy the evening sun. We are often around the home and like to be here when guests arrive, if we can't be we will arrange key collection. We will be here at night and feel free to ask for help! We live in a quiet residential cul-de-sac a few minutes’ walk or drive to pubs, restaurants and takeaways. Close by are lovely walks on Otley Chevin or nearby Yeadon Tarn and Esholt Woods Our house is situated is well located just off the A65 in Yeadon. With main bus routes to Leeds, Bradford and Guiseley train station. We have a good taxi service. If you want to bring a well behaved dog please contact us first.
