Beautiful en-suite room, directly overlooking the Grange Gardens, in the heart of Lewes. We are just 2 minutes from the train station, and 5 minutes to the centre of town. with the Castle, the High Street, and the plentiful cafes and shops. We can usually accommodate an early check in for Glyndebourne. Our en-suite guest room is simply stunning, with all the furniture hand made and decorated by ourselves. Quality Continental Breakfast is provided. We look forward to welcoming you. This is a stunningly handcrafted bespoke room, designed by Aine and built by Stu. All our furniture is handmade. Our bed linen is French Linen, with Goose Feather & Down Duvet and Duck Down pillows. The luxury shower room is en-suite and we provide quality toiletries for your use as well as Egyptian Cotton bath and hand towels. Continental Breakfast is provided in the room, so you can help yourself whenever you wish. We supply Home made Granola & Muesli, orange juice, fresh fruit, toast, marmalade, jams, filter coffees, (as well as instant and decaf) and breakfast and herbal teas. TV and Wi-Fi freely available in the room. If your staying for most of a day, we can provide you with parking vouchers for on street parking. And we are thoroughly deep cleaning and sanitising, to prepare our room for you. It's a two night minimum stay at the weekends and on 5th November. We are almost always here to welcome guests when they arrive. We are just two minutes from the station, with direct trains to London, Gatwick, Brighton and the coast at Seaford or Eastbourne. Car Parking is 'on street' and it is very rare that we can't park within a couple of minutes walk of the house. If you're hear for the majority of the day, we can provide an all day parking voucher. We love living in this beautiful Historic town, nestled in the South Downs National Park and would be happy to share our tips and suggestions for you to make the most of your stay. And if you would prefer to make your own way, that's totally cool with us. We are so close to the station - it is just two minutes. If you come by car, we can help you with car parking. We overlook the beautiful Grange Gardens, and Southover Grange (handy for weddings there) is close by. It is just a 5 minute walk to Anne of Cleves House (Henry V111's fourth wife), the Castle, the medieval High Street, numerous lovely shops and cafes. It's a 15 minute walk to be out of the town and up onto the surrounding downs and into stunning countryside and a 20 minute drive to the beach and seaside. Numerous lovely places to walk or drive to in the South Downs National Park and beyond to the coast and by train ........ Brighton is 17minutes on the train London Victoria is 68 minutes Eastbourne is 24minutes The room contains :- Small fridge, (tucked into cupboard.) TV, (also tucked into wall cupboard.) Kettle.
