My place is Just a short bus ride to the city or Airport. Great views, restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, and luxurious interior. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. I supply Breakfast and Free Tea and Coffee during the day. There is always Constant Hot Water. Large Smart flat screen TV in room. Electric Blanket, Hairdryer. It's at the top of the hill, It's near the bus shelter, not number 2, but 2A. The room is glamorous and luxurious. It has black and mirrored furniture, bedside table, two chest of drawers, wardrobe, large Diamond filled wall mirror and beautiful curtains and coordinated bedding. There is a large Smart Tv and internet to all rooms. Electric blanket. The room has luxurious quality bed linen, co-ordinating towels and dressing gown. Brita Water filter. Hairdryer. Dimmer switch on main light and a table lamp on bedside table. There is also an Alexa Echo dot for music, news and alarm. You have use of the Bedroom, Shower room, Lounge, Dining room, Kitchen and Garden. There is also plenty of parking space outside on the road, on the driveway, or in parking bays along the road. There is a multi colour changing hot tub with speakers and waterfall and can be Hired for £18 per day. This is payable in advance and covers heating to 38° (Government safety recommendation) running costs and chemicals to keep it clean, safe and hygienic. Please book 24 hours ahead. Home from Home. If you require anything just ask. The area is safe and quiet. People are very friendly and we are close to both Leeds (8 miles) and Bradford(7 miles). Both City and Country. There is a beautiful wood just down the road.(less than .5 mile) We also have excellent transport links to Leeds, Otley, Ilkley, Guiseley, Skipton and Bradford. Bus stops right outside house. Two Stations and plenty of parking spaces and parking bays outside house. Take a 33 Bus from Guiseley Station or Leeds to stop right outside the house. I have a dog. She is huge but very gentle and loving. She doesn't go upstairs ever nor get off her sofa until after 10am. I have Sphynx cats but unless you ask you probably might not see them.
