Small cozy 2 bed, 1 bath cottage. Country setting located on a small goat farm. Small stand alone cottage located on a small an 8-acre goat farm. Rural setting but not too far from town. The cottage has a small wood stove in the living room. Wood is provided. There are 2 other residences located in close proximity but the cottage is very private. The neighbors have horses and the fence line is 40 feet from the front door. The horses like to interact and love carrots. Visiting the goats and wondering the farm requires that we wonder with you but we are more than willing provided we are home. Available 24/7 by phone or text. We live on the property. Our neighbors have horses who love attention (and carrots). Located 20 minutes from Portland airport (PDX), 10 minutes from casino, 5 minutes to downtown Battle Ground. 15 minutes to Ridgefield Wildlife Reserve and downtown Ridgefield. 5 minutes from the Clark County Fairgrounds, Event Center, and Ampitheator.
