Modern apartment with new kitchen

Comfortable, renovated vacation home for your personal use. The 60 sqm non-smoking appartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in Rheinböllen. Whilst renovating we always thought of you and prepared the apartment for your needs. We want you to feel at home. Beds are made daily and you fresh towels will be to your disposal. What our apartment has to offer: - big living area (features: flatscreen tv, sleeping couch, dvd-player, hi-fi system & board games) incl. kitchen (features: oven with microwave function, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine) - bedroom (features: 140x200 bed, study/work desk, wardrobe incl. mirror door) - modern bathroom incl. shower - Wi-fi connection Our vacation home is at our guest's exclusive disposal and can be accessed through a seperate entrance. The seperate entrance is via our basement terrace (20m²), which is also at our guest's disposal. In the summer time the terrace has a lovely artificial water flow and gives joint access to our backyard/lawn, which can also be used by our guests. Guests will be welcomed personally upon arrival. Since we live in the same house we'll be available for questions and requests, both by phone and most of the time also personally. Before arrival: By request we can help our guest with their itineraries. For example we can book wine tastings or restaurant reservations for our guests and inform them about hiking trails, sights and landmarks in the area. Also we're always available for travel informations for your arrival and departure. In close proximity there are many sights and landmarks, such as - World Heritage Site 'Oberes Mittelrheintal' (appr. 10 km) - health resort town Bad Kreuznach (appr. 25 km), which includes Europe's largest outdoors inhalation saltworks 'Salinental'. - Bingen town can be reached by car in 20 minutes. Form there you can reach many of the Rhine's famouse castles an cross the Rhine river by ferry. - Bacharach town (appr. 15 minutes by car) has a lovely historic center and many of the famous german timber frame houses, the oldest being built back in 1368. In Bacharach you find the nearest train station where trains to Mainz, Koblenz and Cologne leave at least once every hour. -Rheinböllen is also known as the gateway to Hunsrück and is close to many beautiful hiking trails. Rheinböllen has some grocery shopping facilities (Netto, Norma, Edeka) and several restaurants. Both an Italian restaurant and an Indian restaurant can be reached in under 10 minutes by foot. Rheinböllen is connected into several good bus connections (bus station can be reached by foot in 5 minutes) and has an exit from motor highway A61. Rheinböllen verfügt über eine gute Busverbindung (Bushaltestelle ca. 5 min entfernt), sowie die nahe Anbindung an die A61. In ca. stündlichen Abständen kann man Bingen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Der Flughafen Frankfurt ist ca. 90 km entfernt. Von dort mit dem Zug weiter bis Bingen (bitte Fahrpläne beachten) oder mit dem Auto in ca. 60 Minuten zu uns. Der Flughafen Frankfurt-Hahn ist 25 Autominuten von Rheinböllen entfernt. In Rheinböllen there is no visitor's tax. Bedding, linen, towles, dish washing utensils and additional costs are included in the accomodation. Children up to the age of 6 are at no charge, so don't book them in the guest count but please inform us beforehand if and how many children are traveling with you.
