Sainsburys food & clothes shop is a 5 minute walk along with petrol/electrical/homeware shops. Lovely walks along the Grand Union canal along with a few pubs and takeaways all within walking distance. Clean & bright flat in a lovely block, this flat was our home for many years and we loved the area as well as the flat. The kitchen has plenty of storage and the hallway is handy for a buggy or a bike. Built in wardrobes mean that clothes and suitcases are all stored conveniently out of the way. The door to the flat leads to a spacious hallway and a huge storage cupboard perfect for bikes or a buggy. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and is just off the hallway. The lounge is bright and spacious with a dining table, sofa, tv unit and footstool. The door to the kitchen is off the lounge and has plenty of cupboard space and a fridge freezer and washing machine. The bedroom has a king size bed and built in wardrobes as well as a bedside table. Always available to answer questions and help. Happy to advise on the area and transport etc. Apsley is a lovely area with many shops and restaurants and for further shops you can head to Hemel Hempstead, Watford or London. Parking is available and isn’t allocated, there is always plenty of room. Very close to the train station and bus stops. We’ll need to know a rough arrival time so that we can get the keys to you :)
