Ideal for groups of friends or family, there are 3 bedrooms and plenty of communal living spaces in our spacious family home. The house is located in the picturesque market town of Haslemere, which is close to the South Downs, Goodwood, and the historic cities of Guildford and Chichester. This is the perfect place from which to explore the counties of Surrey and Sussex, renowned for their natural beauty. By contrast we're less than an hour by train from London and Portsmouth. Guests always say that they feel immediately at home in the house and love taking their time over a leisurely breakfast in the sun-drenched garden room. The spacious living areas and garden are perfect for groups of families or friends, looking for a peaceful environment in which to enjoy their time together. Off road parking, Wi-Fi, kitchen/breakfast room, laundry room and sitting room, well maintained large secure garden with outdoor table. I'll almost certainly be around on and off and am very happy to give you any help you need. There is a feeling of safety and well-being in this beautiful, quiet neighbourhood connected to a small town with plenty of amenities. There are shops and pubs close by and we are just 20 minutes walking distance from a train station with a regular service to London and the south coast. There is off road parking for your exclusive use right outside the house. We're also an easy 20 minute walk to the station from which there is are 3 trains per hour running between London and Portsmouth. Regular bus services go into the centre of Haslemere and to the neighbouring towns of Midhurst Farnham and Guildford. Breakfast of fresh bread, cereals, preserves, fruit, yoghurt, tea and coffee is set out for you every morning. Only groups of more than 2 people will be assigned more than one bedroom in the house and charged the corresponding additional sum of £30 per person.
