Fully supplied tea/coffee/breakfast items/toiletries etc. Towels, hair dryer, phone chargers. Barbecue and charcoal. Off road parking for 2 cars (driveway to the right of the yellow grit bin - see pics.) Toilet is located under the stairs, shower room upstairs. Loads of nature in the garden - including hedgehogs, foxes, badgers and birds. Kings Norton train station is a 1.5 mile walk or 5 minute drive and gets you to Birmingham New Street in 5 stops or about half an hour
