Pleasant apartment in the calm Dvorak street

The apartment is located in a calm place. Two hospitals are nearby, a convenience store is just around the corner. Public transportation is three minutes away. The place has a warm atmosphere, it is well equipped. A drawback is that the shower is next to the entrance to the flat and that the flat is on the 3rd floor. It is mandatory to be quiet after 10 PM. Flat is large enough to accommodate three people (5 people with some extensions). Nice wing chair and a cozy sofa are at your disposal. The place is very calm and the backyard is a part of a very large block of other backyards with their microclimate. If you have a bicycle or even a motorcycle there are spaces (both outside and inside) where you can put them. I am available for the guests and always on the phone. In the neighborhood, there are hospitals, kindergarten, shops and four different restaurants. There are tennis courts and supermarkets nearby, too. Famous Parkhotel and Bory park are nearby. There is the tram number 4 to the city center just around 200m, trolleybus station around 400m and the main bus station less than 300m from the house. The place is a perfect spot for car travelers as the highway is perfectly accessible from here. You can park your car in front of the house. There are precious daylilies (flowers) and other beautiful plants in the front yard and backyard gardens of the house. They are in blossom from June until the end of August.
