'Sea Echoes', Porthtowan

We are pleased to offer this lovely, well-equipped and homely self-catering accommodation in the popular little seaside resort of Porthtowan in Cornwall. The property is pet-friendly* (max 4 at owner's discretion @ £10/pet). The apartment sleeps 4-6 (1 double bedroom, 1 small box-room with adult-sized bunk-beds, then an occasional-use metal-action sofa bed in lounge). 'Sea Echoes' is a very popular ground floor, front row coastal apartment, which is ideally situated in the heart of Porthtowan, less than a minute's walk from the award-winning Blue Flag (and lifeguard patrolled) beach. You will thoroughly enjoy the sea and beach views beyond the car park. The views can especially be enjoyed from the garden (solely used by 'Sea Echoes') – at the right time of year you will hopefully be lucky enough to see the spectacular sight of the sun setting into the sea - breathtaking. There are two parking spaces allocated to this property - a rare luxury for a seaside resort! Bed linen and a hand towel are provided (guests must provide their own tea towels, bath towels and beach towels, however we do offer a towel hire service if required). Electric is provided via a key meter which is credited with approx £20 on arrival. Guests are asked to kindly replenish it to same on departure (which can be easily done in the village shop). As a rough guide, the average spend is only around £10 depending on what is being used. Check-in time is not before 4 pm, check-out is by 9:30 am. Treat yourself - have a break by the sea!
