Full 24 hour Access to the room and the Wet room/ Toilet/shower Advise on the local area, Travel and directions etc The property is on the outskirts of Mendlesham within walking distance to the pub, shop and post office and is close to the Main A140 Ipswich to Norwich route and close to the A1120 local Tourist route. There is a local Pub/Resturant that does Breakfast or a really good Burger van about a mile away open Monday - Saturday 6 am- 1pm with good selection of Good quality breakfast rolls etc We have some excellent pubs and restaurants in the surrounding area The nearest is the Walnut tree (Excellent) vegetarian resturant at Thwaite on the A140 towards Norwich A mile or so Further along is the White horse inn at Stoke ash (very good pub food) Another mile on is Our favourite of all The Auberge ( delicious food with excellent service) serving Others within driving distance are the Four horseshoes at Thornham magna The Bull at Bacton And the Chilli farm The nearest train station is in Stowmarket about 8 miles away, There is a Car hire company Econorent within walking Distance from the Station. There is a Bus service in the Village servicing the local Towns and Local Taxi's We have parking for at least one good size Vehicle. We have three Nice!! dogs That live in the house with us but will be in the garden at times. They are very well trained, do not jump up or Bite. They are kept completely separate from the Garage area, But you will come into contact with them when using the Wet room sometimes During the day. Please make sure the front gate is closed and latched at all times to keep them in and off the road.
