Chaparral Lodges

Unique Safari-style lodges on the outskirts of Bulawayo within easy reach of Chipangali Wildlife Orphanage and the main Bulawayo /Johannesburg highway. Chaparral lodges are an oasis , set in rural farmlands on the outskirts of Bulawayo. The lodges are safari themed and all furnished and equipped to a high standard . Our cleaner is available daily . Lodge 1 - Accommodates 4 persons max . One double bed , and two single beds upstairs . This lodge has an old fashioned type bath in the bathroom. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen Lodge 2 - Accommodates 5 persons max . Upstairs are 2 single beds and downstairs we have two single beds plus a sleeper couch . This lodge has a downstairs shower in the bathroom. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen Lodge 3 Ideal for a family - this lodge has two bedrooms with a communal bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a large king size bed . Sleeps 2 Bedroom 2 has two single beds . Fully equipped kitchen for self catering . We are renovating this lodge at present . Thatched Rondavel - Sleeps 2 max . 2 single beds . Has a separate shower/ loo . Does not have its own kitchen . Main house - Bedroom in a separate private wing with two single bed in the bedroom and adjacent large corner bath and wet room. We are nearby in the main house so we are here to help . Please note that we are totally flexible in terms below , so if you have any question - please ask . Our lodges are 16 km out of Bulawayo , near the main road to Johannesburg - on the opposite side of the road to Chipangali Wildlife Orphanage. We are situated approximately halfway between Bulawayo and Esigodini/Falcon College. We have plenty of secure car and boat parking space . You will love our place because of its rustic farm and safari atmosphere. Each lodge is perfect for family get-always. Each lodge is set amongst leafy gardens; and all rooms are airy and spacious . Private vehicles are necessary The kitchens are fully fitted and equipped for self-catering . Barbecue facilities are near the pool . Barbecue wood will be provided as an extra charge . We have reasonable mobile phone signal at the property but do not have Internet as yet . Safety features - Night guard on patrol
