Cosy 2-room-flat in a renovated old timbered house

This house in the centre of Eschershausen (a small town in the Weser area) was fully renovated in the past few years. It is a little gem. On the attic floor is the flat of 2 small rooms and a bath room. Its ground is 26 square m, but it has roof slants in the bed room and bath room. You will be comfortable with 2 people. The bed in the sleeping room has a width of 140 cm. The couch in the living room can be used for sleeping for 1 or 2 people (120 cm). Then it will be a little narrow though. 4 people surely want to stay only for a short time in the flat. If you need we can supply you with a kid's bed and high chair. The flat is in the attic floor of the 3 storey house. Pets have to stay outside. In the house there lives a well behaved dog. I myself live 200 km away. A neighbour will take care of you. She is looking forward to helping you, but her English is not so good. Yet you can contact me any time. The flat is situated at the main road in the centre of Eschershausen, a small town. Shops for everyday need are within 5 minutes walking distance. Hiking and biking are ideal. The forrest is only 500 m away. Going out for dinner is also possible. Nice neighbours are guaranteed. Directly opposite the house is the city parc with children's playground and a rink for playing boules. Only 200 m behind the house there is the heated out door pool with a large swimming pool, 50 m, 3 m diving platform and a non-swimmer pool. There is also a large play and sunbathing lawn. A kiosk completes the service. The "Weserbergland" (Weser mountain area) is a tourist region of low mountain range. There are a lot of hiking trails and lots of possible cycle ways. Many pittoresc towns with often wonderfully old framework houses are within a distance of less than 50 km: The Munchhausen city of Bodenwerder (12 km) and the pied piper town of Hamlin (31 km) are situated at the border of the Weser as is the district town of Holzminden (19 km) and Polle (28 km) with its medieval castle ruin. Even on top of the Eschershausen "Stadtberg" (city mountain) there is the Homburg, a ruin worth to look at. You can take a river sightseeing tour on one of the Weser ships, row a boat or go rafting. On top of the Ith, a mountain range near by there is a glider air field and it is a paradise for climbers as there are many rocks. For those who like wellness there is the Ith-Sole-Therme only 20 km away, in Salzhemmendorf. The Weser mountain area is especially liked by motorcyclists for there are many winding roads. 2 km east of Eschershausen there is the former estate Gutsof Wickensen, today changed into a bikers' restaurant where you may enjoy a rest in- or outside and where they serve fantastic meals, but only in the summer at weekends befor 8 p. m.. There are buses and Stadtoldendorf (7 km) has a railway station, but a bike, car or motorbike are recommended. There are WiFi, a TV and a radio. Please tell me immediately if there is any problem.
