This 28 sq meters fully furnished studio located in a very modern building steps to Allianz Parque Stadium is perfect to accommodate 2 to 3 people. The building has a nice swimming pool, parking, 24/7 security, gym, laundry, climbing wall and study room available to all renters. Kitchen is fully equipped to support your day to day cooking. Sofa bed is located next to the bed and is ideal for 1 adult. We provide towels and bedsheets for your stay. There is a sofa bed able to accommodate an extra person, a third one. This is a well decorated private studio with AC, TV, fully equipped kitchen with utensils, high speed internet and with common areas in the building that include laundry, gym, study room/home office, garage, swimming pool and climbing wall You will have access to all these areas and will be situated blocks away to Allianz Park. We interact mostly through whatsapp and email. Whenever available we like to invite our guests for a coffee or are happy to provide local inputs of what to do and where to go to. The neighborhood is packed with malls, parks, museum, colleges, subway station. In other words its very live and happening. Palmeiras stadium, Allianz park is just a few steps away. Perdizes and its surrounding area are one of the most urbanized areas of São Paulo and known for being the home of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. It has the third largest HDI among the districts of São Paulo, only behind to Moema and Pinheiros. It is a noble district destined to the upper and upper middle class [1], it houses ample commerce located in the streets Cardoso de Almeida and Turiassu. It has a privileged location, close to downtown and Avenida Paulista, and a range of private schools and universities, being one of the most valued neighborhoods of the West. Barra funda station is 12 minutes away by foot. The bus stop is at your door by avenida sumare and it will take you to the station, its just 2 stops away from the station.
