Elegant Pocklington, York - Double Bedroom

My house is an 18th century lovely terraced house in the Centre of pocklington. It’s light with lovely big windows and a cosy feel. It’s very clean and a lovely environment for my guests. Guests are free to use the kitchen and upstairs and downstairs bathroom. There is a back yard they can sit out in if it’s sunny too, the kitchen diner is all equipped for breakfast and it’s a lovely light space to sit in for a cup of tea and breakfast. Their double room, upstairs and downstairs bathroom, kitchen, living room and back yard. I work during the day but guests can text me during that time and I’ll get back to them as soon as possible. I’m very friendly and sociable and happy to have a cuppa with my guests but equally happy to let them do their own thing. Pocklington is a historical market town, providing a host of independent shops, pubs, bars, coffee shops with a cinema and arts Centre. There are two large supermarkets within short walking distance, as well as a library, post office and leisure Centre. Pocklington is surrounded by the beautiful wolds countryside, and is very popular with cyclists. There are certain restrictions on my street. You can park for 2 hours, during the day, and from 4pm the restrictions are lifted and no restrictions on Sunday. There are, however, plenty of places to park around the surrounding area. Driving to York takes approximately 25 minutes, or there is a regular bus service which takes you right into the Centre which is great!
