It is 10 mins from the town of Arundel , 20 mins from Goodwood/Chichester and 15 minutes to the village of Amberley and Amberley Castle. The nearest local pub is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. The RSPB Pulborough Brooks Bird Sanctuary is very nearby. Pulborough village has a wine merchant, tea shop, florists and butchers, with a Tesco's Metro, a Sainsbury's and Indian and Thai restaurants with take away service very local too. There are direct trains from Pulborough to London Victoria and Gatwick Airport is a 40 minute drive.
