Brand New for 2020, Luxury Converted Stable in rural setting ‘Little Hartleys’ is a detached, converted stable with cosy wood burning stove. Perfect for families where the children can use our amazing play park area complete with sunken trampoline! Tranquil country walks start opposite the main entrance & within 1.5 miles you can find yourselves in our charming local pub The Bull. Stable with private parking & outdoor area set behind a fence within the main residence of 2 acres of land. Master bedroom with Kingsize Bed complete with luxury bedding. Blackout, lined curtains and plenty of storage/ wardrobe space for longer visits. 2nd bedroom bunk beds with pull out ‘trundle’ bed and plenty of storage for little ones clothes Bathroom with electric shower and heated mirror. Soft Towels are also provided along with toiletries Boot room with ample space for muddy wellies and coats Main living area has a fully fitted kitchen with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, all cooking essentials, Nutribullet, kettle, toaster, toastie maker, cutlery, crockery, glassware and some plastic ware for the little ones. Breakfast Bar with stools, Wood Burning Stove, Sofa, Armchair and wall mounted TV with Netflix Tea & Coffee is provided to help kick start your mornings with the help of some freshly laid eggs which you are welcome to collect from the girls - a task the children will no doubt be more than happy to undertake. Along with spices, oils and some store cupboard basics to make your staycay start seamlessly. In the Summer/Autumn months you may find some homegrown fruit & veggie’s for your use.... Outside you have a lovely round wooden table which seats 8, half drum BBQ, picnicware n glasses to really set the vibe for some outdoor dining We are happy to provide a travel cot and high chair if needed. The bottom bunk has a removeable ‘fence’ to stop little ones falling out! Strictly 2 adults maximum - bunk beds designed only for children's weights! No smoking No pets No parties or events ** PLEASE NOTE ** that the main garden does have a large unfenced pond so children must be supervised outside at all times Access to the play area, the fallen tree ‘climbing frame’ and the Pond is permitted. Children should be supervised near the pond as it is unfenced. For your safety and convenience we operate a Contactless check in. You will receive a unique gate code for the main gate from the road. And a key box holds the door key for the property. Uber is not a thing in rural Kent. We live onsite in the main property approximately 150m to the left of Little Hartleys. You will most likely see our children around the chickens and on the play area, they are fully aware that Little Hartleys, the space and it’s guest’s privacy is to be respected.
