Double bedroom in Essex, short bus ride to train.

This is my home, where I am happy to rent a bedroom to guests from all over the world. I am situated in london/essex border, a bus ride from Romford train station from where all areas in city and west end can be accessed if need be and good links by road to all other areas. Also a short taxi ride to access lots of night life Essex style. For coastal days out it takes about 40 mins to the nearest beach. My home is bright and airy, has super fast wi fi and is well presented. Quiet, well established area away from any hustle and bustle. Your room is a double at the back of the house, very quiet, bright and spacious. Double bedroom with hanging facilities, chest of drawers, bedside table, Shared bathroom with shower, upstairs and downstairs toilets, use of kitchen for light meals, snacks and drinks. Also use of lounge depending on my own movements. Dining area for eating. in the summer I am happy for you to use the garden to relax and grab some vitimin D. In the Kitchen I always leave a free shelf in the fridge for guests to store chilled food, and you are welcome to use my condiments/tea/coffee/milk etc which aren't worth buying for a short visit. There is a dishwasher so no washing up required and a washing machine should you need. There is one bathroom shared with myself but 2 toilets, one also downstairs. I do not work so am available when necessary, but equally do have a busy social life so may not be around the whole time which works well. I'm am never too far away though. I have very accommodating neighbours, one of which has a spare key if there were any emergencies. However I am available on mobile at all times. I will of course make myself available on your arrival and departure and while you settle in. Quiet road, very peaceful. Surrounding area accommodates everything, local shops, restuarants, cafes, park etc all in walking distance. Short bus ride to Romford centre and tube station. Romford, Gidea park, Harold Wood, stations are all similar distance easy reached by bus from the corner of my street. Also Newbury park and Fairlop waters stations are either a 15 minute drive or taxi ride away. For nightlife there is Romford, Hornchurch, and Brentwood. There is a private drive big enough for guests to park free of charge. Strictly no smoking inside the home, I have however provided a cigerette box outside the front door for smokers. and please remove shoes at front door, before walking on carpets. Please keep distance and make use of anti bac wipes around the house as you feel necessary re covid.
