Romantic Houseboat for Guests Over 21

All guests must be 21 or older! Beautifully appointed craftsmanship makes for a luxurious vibe in this brand new houseboat named "RowShell" just launched this summer. Clean and pristine, she's perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and morning coffee from the outdoor deck. Spring-fed, super clean Big Fish Lake is excellent for swimming and fishing. Dining room transforms into bedroom to form a full sized bed that comfortably accommodates 2 people up to 6' 10" tall - all linens provided. High gloss counter tops, a copper sink and fixtures, a fully functioning kitchen with a brand new fridge, Keurig coffee maker complete with coffee and Swiss Miss pods provided, toaster, hot plate, microwave and all utensils, full bathroom with sink, shower, and composting toilet, AC, gas heat, high-speed 5G WiFi, TV, Netflix, and huge movie selection. Common spaces include a firepit and charcoal grill on the beach, and of course, the 340 acre Big Fish lake. You can rent our 14' Myers Fishing Boat w/Mercury 5 hp motor for $25/hr or $100/day - please let us know ahead of time if you plan to rent the boat so we can make sure it's all ready for you. Guests will enjoy their own, dedicated parking lot conveniently located near RowShell. Please park at a 45 degree angle. We're always up for meeting new friends, but also understand that most AirBnB guests are on vacation and are seeking peace and privacy. We say "Hi", and if guests want to visit, we're there for them, if not, we let them enjoy their peace and privacy. Peaceful but fun neighbors on a beautiful, clean, spring-fed lake. Gorgeous sunsets every night. Guests have their own dedicated parking space that's 100' from the houseboat. We are in the country so there are no busses, and I've not heard of anyone using Uber or Lyft successfully out here. Walking, biking and driving your car are the best ways to get around here. For those of you who, like me, haven't heard of a composting toilet, you can look it up - it's just like a regular toilet expect that the solid waste goes into a bag of wood shavings. Then the user throws some more wood shavings on top thus greatly reducing any smell. If you book RowShell you do not have to worry about emptying the composting toilet - we handle that after you leave. At first, I had misgivings about using it, but guests have not had any issues with it, and even private, modest me has no problem with it now. There is a powerful fan that blows any smells out and away from the houseboat. If all else fails, and you're still not comfortable using the on-board, clean, private bathroom, you can walk across the street to the restaurant for supper and use their restroom. Just a word of warning, this is a 24' pontoon boat - it can rock, and about 1 in 20 guests can begin feeling queasy during windy weather or if guests are moving around a lot while on the boat. There's motion sickness medicine in the utility drawer by the sink. If your balance isn't good, you have a history of getting motion sickness, or you don't like being on a boat, this may not be the place for you.
