WEEKLY RENTAL of a VILLA (max 8 persons) with private pool and lake view on the hills of BARDOLINO. We are located 3.5 km from the lake in a quiet area. The villa of good size (150 sqm.) is distributed mainly on one floor, has a large covered porch (35 sqm) with outdoor fireplace, a private garden of over 5000 sqm and a large swimming pool (15 x 6 meters). The property consists of an entrance area, a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen, 2 large double bedrooms, each with a spacious bathroom with shower, a third bedroom, a guest bathroom.In the rooms there is a water fan. It can accommodate up to 8 people. In the basement there is another multipurpose room and a garage for 4 cars. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven and gas stove. 3 electrical heaters are available should it be cool. The villa dates back to the 70s. The water is heated by an electric boiler (200 liters), which means that you will have enough hot water for 4 showers every 2 hours. The property offers an incredible amount of space, all day in the sun. Ideal for large families. Pets are allowed with an extra cleaning fee. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
