Large apartment close to the sea and the city

I suggest that you come and spend as much time as you like in this magnificent apartment with your loved ones. It is located on the second floor of a large house offering you a view of the seaside. The apartment is close to the city centre and the beach. You will also have access to the roof terrace to sunbathe and spend time out of sight. This private apartment is located on the second floor of the house of which I am the happy owner. You will have private and secure access to your accommodation. You can also find me and my wife on the first floor. The apartment has three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an air-conditioned common room. You will be pleased to know that you will not receive any night visits from mosquitoes or other similar bugs because our windows are all equipped with mosquito nets. The terrace on the roof will allow you to relax in peace and quiet. It is a space that is shared with the guests of the other apartments (there is also the possibility of having a barbecue). Apparently it is surrounded by a large balcony where it is nice to cool off. Once you arrive on site, my wife and I will be happy to welcome you. We will be happy to help you. We are committed to doing our best to make your experience as rich and fulfilling as possible. We live in a quiet area where it is nice to walk. We are only a few minutes walk from the city centre and the beach. There is also a bakery in front of the house. Local residents are used to travel in minibuses more commonly known as "yass". You can use this mode of transport near the city centre not far from the accommodation. It is also possible to travel by taxi or rent a vehicle. If you would like more information on this subject, I would be happy to answer your questions. I speak French, Portuguese and Cape Verdean Creole fluently. Don't worry, the language will never be a barrier if you ask for my help:).
