The grounds extend along the bottom of the beautiful woods of the Colli Euganei (Euganean hills)and is surrounded by a lovely enclosed garden (17,000 m2) with table tennis , tennis courts and an inviting  swimming pool (1/6-3/10) that is shared with another villa (IVC437).  You can also take the opportunity  to hire bikes, to be requested and paid for locally. The property feels light, spacious and airy and is a real home from home. Inisde you will find a lovley living room and kitchen area, all well equipped. There are also 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are beautiful views of the park from all the rooms, and from outside you can appreciate them even more whilst dining alfresco and using the available barbecue. Also upon request guests can book time out at the spa centre, guided horse-back excursions, mountain bike excursions, an electric car and quad hire. You could really treat yourself by hiring a  cook (to be paid locally).
