Oasis in the Park near Navair

This is a 3 room apartment in a small 4 apartment community above a business complex. It is within a 6 minute drive to NAVAIR and a 10 minute drive to beautiful Solomon’s Island. The space long ago was possibly office space which I have converted to living space with warm lighting, fresh linens and a small but complete kitchen. There is a door between the living room and bedrooms but no door, only a screen and curtains between bedrooms. Within the 3 room apartment guests have full access. Outside and across of locked apartment is a shared and free laundry room off of the hallway. I live across the bridge in Calvert County but can be available usually within a half hour if necessary. Chancellors Run Road is an access road just under a mile from a corner Sheetz and all of California, Great Mills and Lexington Park restaurants, shopping (Marshall’s, Dicks, Belk, Ross, Walmart, Target etc.) and the Patuxent Naval Air base. More boutique style shops and unique dining options can be had across the bridge on Solomons Island. There are also other dining options off the beaten track with many leading to our beautiful water ways. There is ample parking but Uber and Lyft are readily available. There is also a bus stop at the corner road of this complex. There are other guests in this complex of 4 separate locked apartments but it is typically a quiet community. Each unit of its own off a common hallway.
