Beautiful guest suite in rural Hampshire

Set in the grounds of a Grade II listed thatched cottage on the edge of Kings Worthy village, our annex is beautifully decorated and comfortable. With its own entrance and small private outdoor area, this property combines rural charm and handy local amenities (bus stop just outside to central Winchester and fantastic local pub just a two minute walk away). Tea and coffee are provided as well as breakfast cereals, bread/butter and fruit jams. We are next door to a farm so expect to see horses trotting by. The dairy nursery paddock sits directly adjacent to the guest suite garden and is home to four (maximum) dairy calves. The guest suite is a stand alone suite. You will have your own key and will be able to come and go as you please. If you need anything during your stay, we are mostly here all the time so please feel free to come up the garden path and ring our enormous front door bell! Local pub is the King Charles and they are open every day for breakfast, lunch and evening meals. It’s really lovely in there. Bus to central Winchester costs £2.75 and runs seven days a week approximately twice every hour (daytimes and evening). If you’re coming by train, bus stop is near station and journey takes approx. 18 minutes. Property has automatic gates activated via a passcode. This passcode will be provided to guests prior to arrival to allow access to the driveway.
