Welcome to the scenic Broagerland, where we can offer a lovely holiday home with a view of Flensburg Fjord. The property is 110 m2 and consists of a large living room with kitchen and a bedroom on the first floor, as well as a bathroom and hallway on the ground floor. In connection with the accommodation there is also a large terrace with beautiful views of Flensburg Fjord, fields and forest. The home offers self-indulgence and relaxation in a cozy environment - a perfect place if the batteries need to be recharged. The accommodation is ideal for 2 people, but there are 3 beds in the bedroom. There are 3 km. to the nearest small town, Broager, where there are shopping, bakery, pharmacy etc. There are good opportunities for various activities in the area; The Gendarm Trail, which has recently been designated a European hiking trail, is right outside the door. Here you can go some lovely walks along the water. You can visit Cathrinesminde's brickwork or take a trip to one of the lovely beaches in the area, of which Brunsnæs beach is closest to approx. 1.5 km. from the house. Sønderborg is a 15-minute drive away and offers good shopping opportunities, many nice cafes and restaurants, Sønderborg Castle and a lovely harbor promenade. Dybbøl mill, the 1864 museum and the Danfoss Universe are definitely also worth a visit. Please note that the holiday home is located next to the landlord's private residence.
