Half-timbered charme: Room with private toilet

Welcome! :) The apartment is very central and nevertheless quiet and situated in the surrounding green. It is a beautiful half-timbered apartment in the attic (without elevator) with an extended gable and parquet floor. To the room (approx. 13qm, roller shutter available) belongs a private guest toilet with sink and toilet. The shared bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is also available. The bed (mattress 1,40m) offers space for 1-2 persons. I am looking forward to you! The approx. 70 sqm large attic apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a four-party house. The whole apartment is in a very good, renovated condition. There is no elevator. There are free parking spaces around the block. The room is bright and super cozy, has parquet flooring and the charm of wood and half-timbered. The large window can be completely darkened. If you like, you can also look into the stars instead. :) The bed offers space for 1-2 persons (mattress is 1,40m). A wardrobe with enough storage space is available. The private guest toilet offers a toilet as well as a sink and a mirror. The shared bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and a mirror. The open living and dining area can also be used and has a comfortable reading corner, a sofa, a TV (only Apple TV available) and a large dining table for a tasty dinner or coffee. The shared kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee machine and electric water kettle, as well as enough dishes and cutlery. Living and dining room, small private bathroom, the shared bathroom and kitchen. I work during the day, but I am always available in case of questions or problems. If you need support, I am there for you. If an earlier check-in (i.e. before 5 pm) or later checkout (i.e. after 10 am) is necessary, simply contact me. We will find a good solution. :-) The location: The apartment is very centrally located. The main station is a 15-minute walk away, the city centre and the pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. The university is also easily accessible by bus. The "Turnplatz" (on Wednesdays and Saturdays there is always a weekly market) and the "Sedanplatz" are 5 minutes walk away. Here in the quarter there are very nice cafés, which offer delicious food and breakfast. Directly opposite the apartment is the Stadtgarten and the Reuchlinhaus / Schmuckmuseum. This is directly followed by the Nagold meadows. In a few minutes you will also be in the countryside. Perfect if you like jogging or walking. Shopping facilities: Just around the corner is a small grocery store with everything you need, a great fruit and vegetable shop, a pharmacy and two bakeries. The weekly market takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays on the "Turnplatz" (5 min. on foot). The next large supermarket is approx. 5-7 min. away, direction city centre. Restaurants: There are two very nice cafés in the neighbourhood, which offer great coffee, food and breakfast. Other restaurants are within walking distance and easy to reach. A delicious ice cream parlour, which invites you to stay at the Enz, can also be reached in 5 minutes. Pforzheim has good connections to the airports in Stuttgart, Karlsruhe and Frankfurt/Main. Stuttgart is approx. 45 min. away, Karlsruhe approx. 1h and Frankfurt/Main approx. 1.5h. The nearest bus stop is 2 minutes from the apartment, it is just around the corner. The main station can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The bus connection to the main station and to the university is super and fast! Free parking is available around the house and around the block.
