CEDAR DUNES - The Gallery Room

The Gallery Room has a king size bed, private bathroom, closet, and desk. Besides the only bedroom with a balcony overlooking the entire deck/pools/gardens, this luxurious room is unique in that it has featured artwork and a sitting/lounge area. Heating and A/C are easily controlled in the room. This is one of four other rental bedrooms in the house (which can hold a total of 8 guests max.) Please note, for parties more than 2 people, each additional room will need to be booked separately. CENTRALLY located, this newly renovated house is just minutes away from the harbor and ocean. With five bedrooms total (four of them being rentals), the house consists of people who like to relax and enjoy themselves. Amenities include: 70" HDTV with Cable, high-speed wireless internet access, brand new pool, outdoor shower, and powerful 6-person jacuzzi! The house is similar to a B&B where I (the owner) am usually there most of the time. It's a big house, and my bedroom/studio is upstairs where I tend to be immersed in my artwork (or be at the beach:) The house is located just a quick minute to the ocean and two blocks away from the harbor, which has bars, restaurants, high and low tea, cafes, as well as the Fire Island Pantry (grocery store), gift shops, liquor store, two dance clubs, and plenty of boys. There are no cars or vehicles allowed on the island (except for the sheriff, firefighters, construction workers or other maintenance workers who have special permits.) People either walk everywhere, or take a water taxi if they are traveling to other communities on the island. This is a seasonal community active from Late April - Early October. Please note: there's no smoking allowed in the house or on the property. This is not a party house. Other than that, please feel free to relax and enjoy!
